Special Milk Class 4(m) Permit Program
In
the case of animal feed manufacturers, SNF type products, i.e. skim
milk powder (SMP), used in the manufacture of animal feed products are deemed
eligible under Class 4(m).
In the case of
manufacturers of standardized cheeses, nutraceutical products and pet food
products, only milk protein concentrate (MPC) is eligible for Class 4(m)
pricing.
